Kent College Dubai uses a formal school uniform. Uniforms are available from Magrudy's, and there is an on-site Kent College Campus Shop that operates on Tuesdays and Sundays from 3:00pm to 6:00pm; online ordering is available via a QR code, with further ordering support via the campus shop contact (043-444-193).
The school's catering is provided by Food Nation. The canteen offers a Grab and Go menu, and a parent information pack covers meals, registration, operations, catering style, and payment options, with contact details for the catering team (kent.foodnation@gmail.com).
Kent College Dubai operates a traditional British-style house system with Augustine (purple), Becket (green), Chaucer (red), and Marlowe (blue) houses, named after Canterbury figures. The system runs inter-house competitions across sporting, creative, academic and performing arts, with house points contributing to an end-of-year prize giving.
The school is governed by three bodies: a Board of Governors and a Kent College Dubai Executive Board, plus a Strategic Governance Group. The Executive Board comprises Aldar Education and Kent College Canterbury executives, with a Finance Committee, and implements policy through the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. The Strategic Governance Group provides advisory oversight on strategy, policy, and standards and is not involved in financial or operational matters; the school emphasises its relationship with Aldar Education and with its sister school, Kent College Canterbury.
