Application and registration fees
- Application fee: AED 500, payable upon submission of the application.
- Registration (acceptance) deposit to secure a place: 10% of the annual tuition fee for the 2025–2026 academic year; this deposit is deducted from the tuition. The re-registration deposit to confirm a place for the following year is 5% of the yearly tuition fee (the re-registration deposit is deducted from the following year's tuition). Registration/re-registration deposits must be paid within the timeframe stated on the school invoice.

Corporate partner (Emirates & FlyDubai) tuition rates and per-term split
- The school publishes a separate reduced fee schedule for eligible employees of Emirates and FlyDubai. Examples from the corporate schedule include:

- Many primary and secondary year groups have corporate rates shown in the published schedule (for some years the corporate rate is AED 58,000; for older year groups the corporate rate listed ranges up to AED 86,000). Term splits for each corporate-rate year group are shown alongside the corporate annual rate in the school's published schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is billed in three term instalments (Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3). Per-term amounts for each year group are published and used for invoicing.
- The registration/acceptance deposit (10% for AY 2025–2026) is payable on acceptance and is deducted from the tuition. The re-registration deposit for the following year is 5% and is deducted from the following year's tuition; payment deadlines are stated on the school invoice and the re-registration deposit is charged in the spring (the school's published schedule cites April for re-registration collection). Parents are requested to pay deposits within the timeframe shown on invoices (the school's published guidance indicates a 7-day payment window to secure a place).
- 0% payment-plan options are available through credit-card instalments in partnership with UAE banks named by the school (examples listed: FAB, ADIB and ENBD). These credit-card instalment plans allow tuition to be spread over multiple months with no added interest where offered.
Boarding
- No boarding fees are listed and the published fee information contains only day-school tuition and related deposits; no boarding provision or boarding fees are included in the public fee schedule.
Other costs and items not included in tuition
- Included in tuition: study books and materials, use of school sports, recreational, music and theatre facilities, and the majority of stationery items.
- Not included in tuition (items parents should budget for separately): Apple devices (iPad) for Years 3–13; uniform and PE kit; lunch and catering (where applicable); bus transport; external examination fees; optional extra-curricular activities and trips that carry a charge; charges for lost textbooks or library books; and any external medical assessments, external therapies or privately arranged 1:1 learning support.
- Sibling discounts and other fee concessions are published: a tiered sibling discount (full fee for first child; 5% for second child; 10% for third child; 15% for fourth and subsequent children) and various employee and scholarship/bursary discounts (employee discounts may be significant and scholarships/bursaries can include fee reductions up to 50% from KHDA approved fees). Corporate discounts for partner employers such as Emirates and FlyDubai are also published.
Refunds and withdrawal-related points
- Registration and re-registration deposits are applied against tuition on enrolment or re-enrolment (they are deducted from the tuition amounts). The school's formal Fee Policy (2025–2026) and linked terms and conditions set out the full terms for withdrawals, cancellations and refunds; the public fee information highlights deposits and how they are applied but refers to the school's formal fee policy for full rules and conditions.
Fee payment methods
- The published fee information explicitly lists 0% credit-card instalment plans through partner banks (FAB, ADIB and ENBD) as an available payment option. Registration and term invoices are to be settled by the methods specified on the school invoice; the school publishes bank and payment instructions within the admissions/invoicing process.
Notes on discounts and inclusions
- The school operates a range of discounts (sibling, employee, corporate partner rates, and scholarship/bursary awards). Discounts apply to tuition only and cannot generally be combined with other promotions except where specifically stated. Inclusions and exclusions against tuition are published and identify items parents must budget for separately.
