Arabic language instruction and Islamic Studies are core subjects under Ministry of Education guidance, with emphasis on listening, speaking, reading, and writing, plus Quran study and tajweed. The school structures learning into Elementary (Kindergarten to Grade 5), Middle School (Grade 6–8), and High School (Grade 9–12), with inquiry-based learning, a strong Life Skills program, and a Universal Design for Learning approach. The High School pathway leads to the NGS High School Diploma (Grades 9–12), fully KHDA/MOE accredited and NEASC accredited, with AP courses offered in Grades 11–12, PSAT in Grade 10, SAT for college admissions, and GPA calculated on a 4-point scale. The curriculum emphasizes project-based learning (PBL), experiential enrichment, and a dedicated Arabic/Islamic studies program alongside extensive enrichment activities and career guidance.

Age ranges are: Pre-KG (3+ by August 31 for September start or March 31 for April start), KG1 (4+ by August 31 for September; March 31 for April), and KG2 (5+ by August 31 for September; March 31 for April). Steps to apply: (1) Parents/Guardians fill out the Application Form and submit it to the Registrar's office. (2) An application fee is required and covers a placement test later; this fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. (3) A non-refundable admission deposit of 10% of total school fees is required to secure the seat; the deposit is applied toward the first quarterly payment. (4) All supporting documents listed in the Information Packet must be submitted to the Registrar to complete the process. The Registrar's office is open for walk-ins and registrations between 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. on Fridays. The school requires an up-to-date immunization record or a notarized English copy; without this, admission cannot be completed. A Transfer Certificate is required; if transferring within Dubai, the previous school will send the TC electronically after accounts are cleared; if applying from outside Dubai, submit the TC on the school letterhead, signed, stamped, and attested; the Registrar assists with attestations. If a withdrawal occurs during the academic year, fees are deducted according to the school's refunds policy (1 month if two weeks or less; two months if two weeks to one month; three months if more than a month).
