Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Contact us. Connect with our Admissions Team or fill out the online inquiry form to express interest and receive answers to questions. The admissions team provides guidance tailored to families new to Dubai and supports a smooth start. The school teaches an American curriculum.
2. Schedule a school tour. Book a tour to explore the campus, meet staff, and see learning in action. Personal virtual calls are available to fit your schedule. A tour helps families understand the environment and opportunities at Nibras.
3. Application submission. The Admissions Team will request copies of Emirates ID/Residence Visa, passport, and current school year report to support your application. Additional documentation may be required depending on grade level, and the team will provide details in the intake. This submission supports the admission process and next steps.
4. Assessment and interview. Prospective students complete in-school or online assessments, guided by teachers, the SENCO, or the Senior Leadership Team when needed, with the aim to identify strengths and abilities. The process may include an interview as part of the assessment.
5. Offer and acceptance. Successful applicants receive an official offer and secure their place by confirming acceptance within 7 days and paying the AED 2300 registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable and is credited toward the first tuition installment.
6. Welcome to Nibras International School. Before the first day of school, families receive essential information including uniforms, class timetables, and orientation.
