Regent International School is located in The Greens, Emirates Living Community, on First Al Khail Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Greens is a residential community near Dubai Marina, with convenient access from major routes such as Sheikh Zayed Road. The campus serves families from nearby areas and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule, typically 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Regent offers education from the Early Years Foundation Stage (FS1 and FS2) through to Sixth Form (Year 12 and Year 13). The Primary phase covers Years 1–6, followed by Middle/Secondary through Year 11, with Sixth Form for Years 12–13. The school follows the UK curriculum, including GCSE/IGCSE and A‑Level pathways.
Regent is a co‑educational day school.
The school has an Inclusion department to support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In the 2023–2024 inspection, 36 students were recorded as students of determination, with provision documented for inclusion needs.
The school follows the United Kingdom (UK) curriculum, i.e., the British curriculum. This is reflected in the UK curriculum designation and in GCSE/IGCSE and A‑Level pathways.

School day start times vary by year group but generally begin around 7:30–7:45 am and finish around 2:40–3:00 pm on most days; on Fridays, the day ends earlier (around 12:00 pm for all year groups). FS1–FS2 typically finish earlier than older year groups.
Regent uses an independent third‑party bus operator, My Bus Transport Services LLC. Buses operate to various parts of Dubai and are optional for families, with fees paid in advance each term. Term dates for transport are typically 1 August (Term 1), 15 November (Term 2), and 15 February (Term 3).

Advance (acceptance) fee and seat reservation
- The Advance Fee on acceptance is 10% of the annual Tuition Fee; this payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable and is deducted from the term's Tuition Fees. Parents are normally given five calendar days to confirm acceptance and pay the Advance Fee to secure the offered place.
Re-enrolment fee (returning students)
- The annual Re‑Enrolment Fee is 5% of the Annual Tuition Fee, non-refundable and non-transferrable; it reserves a student's seat for the next academic year and is deductible against the first term of the next academic year.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition Fees are payable in advance. The school accepts payment by cash, one current cheque plus two post-dated cheques, or by direct wire transfer to the school's bank account. Seat confirmation is subject to payment of the full term's tuition fee within the published due dates. Tuition Fees exclude costs for uniforms, learning packs, optional services, field trips, and certain other items. Late-payment rules and the KHDA fee framework are applied as per the school's fee policy.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a co-educational day school and does not publish boarding fees.
Other costs and optional services
- Uniforms and related accessories are purchased from the school's Uniform Shop or online uniform store; uniform costs are charged separately and uniform fees are non-refundable.
- Textbooks (FS1–Year 6) are issued for in-school use; learning packs and activity books for FS1–Year 6 belong to the student and are charged separately. Costs for learning packs, pencil cases, field trips, costumes for school productions, individual learning support, and optional services (transport, paid ECAs, etc.) are excluded from Tuition Fees and are charged in addition.
- Transport is provided by an independent third-party operator and is optional; transport fees are charged in advance each term. Example published transport fees by zone (annual and three-term split) include: Zone 1 two-way Annual AED 9,190 — Term 1 AED 3,676, Term 2 AED 2,757, Term 3 AED 2,757; Zone 2 two-way Annual AED 10,690 — Term 1 AED 4,276, Term 2 AED 3,207, Term 3 AED 3,207. Transport payments must be made to the transport company's account and evidence of payment emailed to the designated transport payments address.
- Catering: a pre-packed lunch option is available with menu pricing shown at AED 24.15 (including VAT) per meal; payment for catering bookings is accepted by credit or debit card (and other digital payment methods for older students where noted).
- Paid extracurricular activities and third‑party after‑school providers operate separate fee structures; those fees are charged by the external providers and are separate from Tuition Fees.
Refund information
- Application, Assessment, Advance (acceptance), Re‑Enrolment, Uniform, Learning Packs, costumes for school plays, Learning Support Fees, and fees for optional services (transport, paid ECAs, etc.) are non‑refundable under the school's stated policy. Refunds of Tuition Fees (where applicable) follow KHDA guidelines: refunds are processed pro‑rata in specified circumstances and are normally paid within 45 calendar days from receipt of a fully completed Withdrawal Form and clearance of outstanding balances. If a student withdraws without the required notice, the full tuition for the relevant term may be charged as described in the policy.
Fee payment options and practical details
- Accepted methods for tuition and school fee payments: cash, cheque (one current plus two post‑dated cheques), and wire transfer to the school's bank account. Parents are required to email proof of payment to the school's payments address shown for processing. Transport payments are made directly to the transport company's bank account with the required payment reference details. Catering payments are taken online by card via the caterer's booking portal. Specific bank account details and payment instructions for transport and other third‑party suppliers are published with the relevant service pages.
Approximately 83 nationalities are represented within Regent's student body. The largest nationality group is reported as Other European.
