Regent's Parent Engagement Programme is run through the Friends of Regent International School (FRIS), a dedicated parent association. FRIS focuses on fundraising and events to promote goodwill and increase parental involvement with the school. The FRIS governance for 2024-2025 includes Rijuta Ghate as FRIS chair, with core committee members Sonia Damani, Tanvi Trivedi, and Nabeela Badar.
