- Enrolment / deposit on offer for new pupils: a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the annual tuition fee (deducted from Term 1). Returning pupils pay a 5% deposit (deducted from the annual tuition). Re-enrolment fees for existing students: up to 5% of the tuition fee or AED 500 (whichever is higher), non‑refundable and deductible from Term 1.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment options for tuition: either a single annual payment in full at the start of the academic year, or three instalments structured as 40% payable in August (Term 1), 30% payable in December (Term 2), and 30% payable in March (Term 3). Tuition does not include lunches, transportation or educational trips unless stated otherwise.
- The deposit paid on acceptance is deducted from Term 1 tuition. Application/assessment fees are not deductible. Enrolment and re-enrolment fees are non‑refundable and deductible from Term 1 as set out above.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not offered at Repton School Al Barsha; the school operates as a day school.

Other costs and optional charges

- School uniform: AED 2,550 to AED 3,400 (estimated range).
- Transport: AED 6,700 to AED 12,650 (optional; range dependent on route).
- Extracurricular activities: AED 1,990 to AED 6,500 (ranges vary by activity).
- School trips and international excursions: local trips from AED 10 to AED 700; international/overseas trips typically AED 8,000 to AED 19,000 (ranges depend on trip).

Exceptional circumstances (for example relocation outside the UAE) may be considered with supporting documentation.
