Springdales School Dubai is located in Al Quoz 4, near Jumeirah University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The campus comprises three classroom complexes for KG, Primary and Secondary and includes on-site bus parking. Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is divided into three terms: Term 1 (April–June), Term 2 (September–December) and Term 3 (January–March).
- Standard cheque due dates for each term: Term 1 — 1 March (corresponding academic year); Term 2 — 1 August; Term 3 — 1 December. Parents may pay the full academic year or follow the term schedule.
- Alternative timing: payment by bank transfer, cash or credit card for the entire term is required to be received by the school no later than one month before the term starts.
- Mid‑year / late joining rules: fees for a joining term are calculated pro rata depending on duration attended (less than two weeks = one month's fee payable; more than two weeks but less than one month = two months' fee; more than one month = full term fee). One month's fee is calculated as the annual fee divided over ten months.
- Dishonoured cheque fee: AED 315 per returned cheque. The school may suspend attendance and take action under KHDA rules if payment is not received.

Refund information
- Registration/application fees are non‑refundable but will be adjusted against term fees if admission is confirmed. Re‑registration and registration fees cannot be carried forward or adjusted towards sibling fees.
- If a student who has presented payment decides not to attend, written notice must be received by the Admissions Office no later than the start of the first day of the term to qualify for refund of fees paid in excess of registration/re‑registration fees; registration/re‑registration fees remain non‑refundable.
- Refunds during a term are calculated on attendance: less than two weeks = one month's fee payable and remainder of term refunded; more than two weeks but less than one month = two months' fee payable and remainder refunded; more than one month = full term fee payable. Refunds are calculated from the start of the term to the date the formal withdrawal request is received (withdrawal form), not from the last day of attendance. A minimum 30 days written notice is required for withdrawal to allow documentation and refunds to be processed. Educational materials, uniform and sundry expenses are not refundable.
