Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are billed in three instalments. Term 1 fees MUST be paid in full by Term 1 due date (01 August 2025). Term 2 payment due date: 01 December 2025. Term 3 payment due date: 01 March 2026.
- The school withholds termly/annual reports for unpaid fees and issues up to three payment notices; continued non‑payment may lead to suspension and refusal to re‑register for the following academic year in line with KHDA regulations.
- Returned/bounced cheque penalty: AED 250. The school reserves the right to take legal action for unpaid amounts.
- Discounts (sibling, privilege card, corporate) are applied to the final instalment and only apply if all terms are paid and the student completes a full academic year. Only one discount may be applied per child.
Boarding fees

Other costs and fees

Refund information
- Refunds of tuition fees are calculated as follows: if a pupil attends two weeks or less, fees charged for one full month; if attendance is more than two weeks but less than one month, fees charged for two full months; if attendance is more than one month, fees charged for the full term. It can take up to 30 days to process refunds. As per KHDA regulation, the monthly value of the school fee is calculated by dividing the total annual tuition by ten.

Discounts
- Sibling discounts: second child 10%; third child 15%; fourth child and subsequent children 20% (applied on discounted fees and reflected on the last term payment; discounts are revoked if payments are delayed).
- Privilege cards and corporate discounts: Emirates Platinum card 20% on discounted fees for eldest child; Fazaa, Esaad, Al Futtaim, Majid Al Futtaim, and Al Ghurair employees eligible for 10% on discounted fees. All such discounts must be confirmed at the start of the academic year and cannot be applied mid‑year.
