External activities include coding and a simulator pilot programme, along with a career coaching workshop. A collaboration with MIT broadens STEAM experiences for SISD students. Arts and creative opportunities are available through the ASA, including clubs in music performance and photography. External activities extend arts offerings to ballet and musical theatre. The campus features a 600-seat auditorium to support performing arts.

Sport is a core part of life at SISD, with programmes such as Speedo Swim Academy and Athletics Academy for gifted athletes, plus padel tennis, recreational water polo, and beach volleyball clubs. Mindfulness is among the ASA clubs, and SISD's sports teams are guided by experienced coaches who compete nationally and internationally.
