Otherwise the acceptance deposit will be retained or treated in accordance with the notice rules below.
- To withdraw a pupil and obtain refund of the acceptance deposit, at least one full Term's written notice must be provided before the first day of a term. If less than one term's notice is given, one term's fees in lieu of notice will be payable and the acceptance deposit will be retained or applied as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- The acceptance deposit is held against the pupil's account and will be repaid (after deduction of outstanding sums) following the school's procedures when a pupil leaves in accordance with the school's terms.
