Billing schedule and payment terms
- Day students: First tuition installment of 60% of the full-year fee plus the one-time Development Fund fee for new students (GBP 900) is due on June 1 (or within 14 days of invoice if the invoice is issued after June 1). The remaining balance is payable by November 15.
- Boarding students (who do not require a Child Student Visa or Student Visa): First tuition installment of 70% of the full-year fee plus the one-time Development Fund fee for new students (GBP 900) is due by June 1 (or within 14 days of invoice if issued after June 1). The remaining balance is payable by November 15. Fees for students joining for the first or second semester only are payable in full at enrollment.
- If a Child Student Visa or Student Visa is required, full tuition must be received prior to the start of the visa process; the tuition payment deadline for visa applicants is the same as the general deadline (due June 1 or within 14 days of invoice if issued after June 1). Mid-year starters are charged pro rata from their expected start date, payable within 14 days of invoice.

Payment methods and related terms
- Primary payment method is a Secure Payment Portal; payments accepted via bank transfer, debit card, or Visa or Mastercard credit card through the portal. Bank charges incurred on international/other transfers will be debited to the student account and must be cleared by the payer. Alternative payment arrangements are available through the Business Office on request.
- Late payments: Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 1% per year above the base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment. Students may be restricted from attending classes, participating in co-curricular activities, or traveling with the school until a payment plan is approved or outstanding sums are cleared. Families are encouraged to contact the Business Office to discuss payment plans.

Other costs and charges
- Busing, uniforms, varsity sports travel and equipment, school-sponsored overnight trips (unless specifically included in boarding fees), external exam fees (SAT, AP, IB), private medical insurance (boarding students must have insurance; insurance is available through the school and will be invoiced), vaccination-related charges, visa application expenses, and certain travel costs are not included in tuition and are payable in addition to tuition and boarding fees.

Refunds and cancellation rules
- The enrollment deposit is non-refundable if the student fails to start or is withdrawn prior to starting. Specific cancellation provisions apply:
- Cancellation by completion of the Admissions Withdrawal Form prior to June 1: the non-refundable deposit is retained and all additional tuition fees and payments will be refunded.
- Cancellation on or after June 1 but before August 1: the non-refundable deposit is retained and the family is liable for 10% of the tuition.
- Cancellation on or after August 1: all payments and deposits will be retained and the family shall be obligated for the full year's tuition and any other fees owing at the time of cancellation.
- Once enrollment is confirmed and a boarding student has arrived on campus or a day student has started classes, no refund or reimbursement of fees is payable in the event of subsequent withdrawal except in narrowly defined circumstances (for example, a refund of the second-semester tuition may be available to day families subject to physical relocation if certain conditions are met, including acceptance of a replacement student by the school). No reduction of fees is granted for student absence. All financial obligations must be met before records, recommendations, or reports are released.

Boarding tuition includes the above plus room and full board and specified boarding services; it excludes private medical insurance (mandatory for boarders), uniforms, most overnight trip costs (except those specifically included), external exam fees, vaccination charges, and visa expenses.
