Deposits, billing schedule and payment terms
- Enrollment (seat) deposit: USD 3,000 for day‑school enrollment; that deposit is credited toward the tuition balance (does not cover additional fees unless stated otherwise). A second amount of USD 1,500 or the full tuition balance is due June 1, 2026. If a student enrolls after June 1, all deposits are due upon enrollment.
- International Academy deposit: USD 3,200 (credited toward the tuition balance); International Academy tuition balance is due May 15 (per that track).
- Payment plans offered:
- Lump Sum Plan — After the initial enrollment deposit, the remaining non‑refundable tuition balance is due on the June due date.
- Multiple Payment Plan — After the initial deposit, one additional deposit is due on the June due date; the remaining tuition balance is split into nine equal, non‑refundable monthly payments (August 1 through April 1). A finance and service charge of 7% is applied to the remaining balance under the monthly plan.
- Tuition insurance plan: optional tuition insurance premium equals 3.5% of the annual tuition fee; the premium is due on the June due date and is optional only for families that choose the Lump Sum plan.
- Prorating: Tuition will not be prorated for enrollment in the first semester; students who enter in the second semester will be charged 65% of the annual tuition. Fees generally are not prorated.

Boarding / homestay
- The Quarry Lane School does not operate boarding facilities. International students who require local housing are enrolled in the International Academy and homestay placement options are used for students living with host families; the school's international materials and homestay procedures describe a separate homestay placement fee for that service.

The Quarry Lane School’s Dublin East campus serves students from second grade through twelfth grade, offering a college-preparatory track centered on the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. As the only private school in the East Bay providing the IB Diploma, the campus features a specialized STEM Academy that integrates science and engineering throughout the curriculum. High school students can pursue either the IB Diploma or an Advanced Placement (AP) path, with dedicated tracks in engineering and biotechnology.
