Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees
- No fixed application or registration amount is published publicly for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic years. Application and enrollment-fee amounts are issued by the school's Admissions/Business Office at the time of application and vary by student. Parents must obtain the current application fee amount directly from Admissions.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)
- The school does not publish a public, detailed fee schedule showing per-term or per-year tuition amounts by grade for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 years. Tuition amounts (annual or per-term) are set administratively and communicated to families at registration; exact numeric rates by year group must be requested from the school's Finance/Admissions office. Typical billing elements that are included or charged separately are: annual tuition, possible capital or re‑enrolment charges, lunch service, bus/transport fees, and specific external exam fees (IB exam or registration charges for Diploma candidates).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates on a two-semester academic calendar and publishes a school calendar with semester dates; the precise billing schedule (annual lump sum, termly, or monthly/quarterly installments) and payment due dates are determined by the Business Office and provided to families at registration. Outstanding balances may block reports, transcripts, and other services until cleared. Parents should expect a formal invoice and payment schedule from the school for the year/term of enrollment.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Colegio Internacional de Caracas is a day school; there is no published boarding program or boarding fees. Transportation is provided via school buses for families who opt in, and bus use may be charged separately.

Other costs and typical extra fees
- Uniforms: required; school uniform items (polo shirts, sweatshirts) are sold through the school store/canteen or through the parent association bookstore. Budget for uniform purchase and seasonal replacements.
- School supplies and books: grade-specific supply lists and required materials are published for each year; families are responsible for these costs.
- Lunch service: commonly charged for younger levels and is often compulsory for certain age groups; may be billed separately.
- Bus/transport: school bus service is available and may be invoiced separately (individual trip charges may apply for occasional use).
- External exam fees: IB registration and exam fees or late/amendment charges for Diploma candidates are billed to families when applicable.
- Insurance and health service: the school maintains medical insurance coverage; families should ensure supplemental family insurance as needed and may be responsible for some related costs.
- Co-curricular/after-school activities, trips, special projects: many activities and trips incur additional charges billed separately to families.

Refund information
- No public refund policy or fixed numerical refund schedule for tuition or fees is published in available school handbooks and public materials for the 2025/26/2026/27 period. Refunds (if available) and the conditions under which they apply (withdrawal deadlines, administrative fees, pro‑rata calculations) are matters handled by the Business Office and are defined in the school's financial terms communicated to enrolling families. Outstanding balances or incomplete school business may affect official documents and records.

Fee payment options
- Public materials do not list specific, standardized payment channels (for example, which bank accounts, card acceptance, or online payment portals are accepted). The Business/Finance Office provides families with the accepted payment methods (for example, local bank transfer, international wire, or card payments) and invoicing instructions at registration. Expect to receive formal payment instructions on the invoice or enrollment contract.

Administrative notes for parents (practical points)
- Admissions and documentation: CIC operates rolling admissions and requires submission of documentation (passports, transcripts, health/vaccination records, placement tests, and interview) before enrollment is finalized. Proof of non-Venezuelan passport is required for admission. Fees and payment instructions are provided once the family progresses through the admissions/enrollment process.
- Transcripts and clearances: the school may withhold grade reports, transcripts, and some services until financial obligations and other school business are cleared. Plan payments to avoid administrative holds.

Search summary and availability of figures
- A public, itemized fee schedule with exact numeric amounts for the 2026/27 academic year (or, if unavailable, 2025/26) was not published in the school's publicly accessible handbooks, calendar, or admissions pages. The school communicates current fee amounts, billing schedules, payment methods, and any refund/withdrawal terms directly to families during the admissions/registration process; numeric fee values must be obtained from the school's Admissions or Business/Finance office. For confirmation of precise amounts by grade and term, consult the school's Admissions/Finance contact.
