Facilities Overview

The main campus in The Manor Central Park covers about 40,000 square meters and features open architecture designed to encourage collaboration and innovation. It includes advanced learning studios, spacious learning commons for all grades, and three libraries to support the curriculum. Spark Labs, makerspaces, and dedicated design, technology, and engineering spaces support problem-solving and creativity. Specialty arts spaces include fashion design, photography, and ceramics studios, an 800-seat performing arts center, a black box theater, a music conservatory, a recording studio, and rehearsal spaces. Athletic facilities comprise two large indoor multi-court sports halls, an indoor aquatics center, a fitness center, spaces for martial arts, fencing, dance, and yoga, and outdoor spaces with a turf pitch, terraced learning gardens, a greenhouse, and discovery areas.

Sports Facilities

Two large indoor multi‑court sports halls support basketball, volleyball, badminton, and other indoor sports. An indoor aquatics center supports swimming and water polo. A multi‑purpose studio hosts yoga, dance, martial arts, and fencing, and a fitness and weights studio supports strength training. A multi‑purpose outdoor artificial turf field serves outdoor sports, with learning gardens and other outdoor spaces complementing the athletic program.

Academic Facilities

Advanced learning studios and learning commons are provided for all grades, with three libraries to support the curriculum. Extra-Curricular Activities

Dwight School Hanoi opened in August 2024 and is located inside The Manor Central Park on Nguyễn Xiển Road in southwest Hanoi. The school serves children ages 3 – 18 (Preschool through Grade 12) and uses the English-language International Baccalaureate curriculum (PYP, MYP, DP). The campus — designed by an international studio — includes spacious learning studios, Makerspaces (Spark Labs), arts studios, a music conservatory, outdoor sports field, and indoor athletics/wellness facilities. Students can also study Vietnamese or Korean in addition to English. As part of the global network of Dwight Schools, families may access cross-campus activities, cultural exchange opportunities, and a cosmopolitan community. The school day is supported with transport services, and class sizes are typically around 20.
