Ha Noi Campus has a range of facilities supporting science, technology, arts, and athletics. The campus includes physics, chemistry and biology laboratories, two computer laboratories, and a Makerspace for hands-on design and creation. It features a Music Room, an Art Studio, and a Dance Room for arts education. The Library serves as a central reading and research hub, and the campus garden is shaded by mango and jackfruit trees. The Conference Hall hosts assemblies, performances and presentations for the school community. Outdoor sport facilities include a basketball court, a volleyball court, a soccer field, and a tennis court.

Clubs include robotics, debate, visual arts, coding, drama, cooking, and global issues. Clubs are run by teachers and students, promoting leadership and collaboration. The House System assigns students to one of four Houses, with cross-grade communities that compete in academics, sports, arts, service and citizenship. The House System is student-led, with House Captains and committees organizing events and campaigns to foster teamwork, empathy, perseverance, and a sense of belonging.
Horizon International Bilingual School – Hanoi Campus offers two main pathways: a Bilingual Programme combining the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training curriculum with the Cambridge International Curriculum and an International Programme following the Cambridge curriculum from Grade 1 (Year 2) to Grade 12 (Year 13). The campus on To Ngoc Van Street in Tay Ho District serves learners from roughly age 2 to 18, with Kindergarten and Early Learning as entry points. Horizon places strong emphasis on enrichment through a structured Reading Programme, a Laptop 1–1 programme, extra support classes for IGCSE, A/AS and IELTS, and student-led conferences that involve families in reviewing progress and setting goals.
