Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
No explicit waitlist policy is described. The school uses rolling admissions, and placement decisions follow testing and interviews as part of Step 3. Campus tours must be scheduled in advance. Admission is open to students aged 2–18 who are expected to follow the student code of conduct.
The Scholarship Process at QSI Haiphong has three steps.
Step 1: Families submit a scholarship application form.
Step 2: The Scholarship Committee (admin, three teachers, and two accountants) reviews whether the student would be successful at QSI Haiphong using metrics such as prior grades, MAP math and literacy scores, writing prompts, and an oral English assessment.
Step 3: The Advisory Board approves, denies, or alters scholarships, and notifies families for the following year. Scholarships can be awarded to students from the 5-year-old class through Secondary IV; the oldest child in a family receives a scholarship if there are multiple children; the Advisory Board reserves the right to approve/deny or alter the process and to halt it at any time. Families accepting a scholarship must contribute to the school in a non-financial way.
