QSI Haiphong offers after-school activities (ASAs) outside traditional hours, including Arts and Crafts, Sports, Music, and Academics Exploration. Beyond regular classes, the Secondary program provides AP and IB pathways, with the AP Capstone Diploma and IB certificates or diploma available. The school also provides SAT test preparation and college guidance to support university readiness. QSI Haiphong runs Week Without Walls, an annual experiential learning program with trips that extend learning beyond the classroom.
Art and Music are part of the Secondary program. A Fine Arts offering exists within the school's Student Services and supports broader artistic pursuits. The diploma options include Creative and Applied Arts credits (ten credits) as part of the program. Week Without Walls experiences include creative and cultural activities as part of experiential learning.
World Cultural Studies is part of the Secondary program. Languages Other Than English are offered in addition to English instruction. Week Without Walls includes visits to cultural sites and interactions with local communities, expanding cultural awareness. The school represents a diverse student body with more than 25 international cultures.

AP Capstone and IB programs provide advanced academic pathways with opportunities for independent research, seminars, and college credit. SAT preparation and college guidance help students plan for higher education. The school emphasizes leadership development and service learning as part of its Success Orientations framework.
The campus features facilities for physical activity, including a full-length swimming pool, tennis courts, and a turf soccer field for year-round use. Athletic programs include soccer, volleyball, basketball, and swimming, with teams for elementary through secondary students. Week Without Walls offers outdoor and adventure experiences, contributing to students' physical and mental wellbeing.
