It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
QSI International School of Haiphong was established in September 2004 as Haiphong's first international school. In November 2007, the school relocated from Sunflower International Village to Me Linh Quarter in the Anh Dung Ward, adopting a quieter residential setting with improved facilities. The campus expanded with a four-story purpose-built building opening in August 2018, followed by a second building in August 2019 to accommodate growth. The school is governed by the Quality Schools International Board of Directors, with an Advisory Board of six Haiphong residents providing local guidance. It has been accredited by the Middle States Association since 2016, with the accreditation valid through December 1, 2028.
The student body represents more than twenty-five international cultures, with students from a wide range of nationalities. The school is located in a quiet Me Linh Village neighborhood and serves as a central gathering point for families before and after the school day. Community life is organized through the Parent Support Group (PSG) and related activities, including events that bring parents, students and teachers together.
The school operates a Parent Support Group (PSG) that functions as the parent-teacher association. The PSG is a volunteer group of parents with the primary goal to promote a strong family-friendly community at QSI Haiphong, and profits from PSG activities are reinvested in the school. The PSG is guided by a board elected to lead events, with positions such as President, Secretary, Treasurer, and other officers serving for the 2024-2025 term. Meetings are held monthly on campus to coordinate events and initiatives, and minutes are published. PSG events include Halloween, Stop the Traffick, Carnival, Mom's Coffee Moments, Women's Day coffee event, Children's Day, a Winter Market, Yard Sale, Teacher's Appreciation Week, Bake Sales, and more. Parent involvement also extends to Parent Classes coordinated with the PSG, offering activities such as Yoga, Kick Boxing, Fitness, and language courses; contact is psg@haiphong.qsi.org.
