The school teaches in English as the main language of instruction, with Vietnamese and Korean offered as additional languages and Spanish available as an optional study. Multilingual learning is integrated through language clubs, a library with books in students' home languages, and multilingual signage (English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic). EAL support and ILPs are provided to support language development and academic success.
The Bilingual Middle Years Programme is offered for Grade 6 to Grade 9, with instruction split approximately 50% English and 50% Vietnamese. After Grade 9, students transfer to the International Program.

Westlink International School Hanoi is an IB World School for the Primary Years Programme and a Candidate School for the Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, serving students aged 4–17.
