Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is payable in one single payment, or in 2 equal instalments, or in 10 equal instalments. Exact instalment dates and the schedule are established by the school at billing. A late registration fee of CAD 50 applies for registrations after the school deadline.
- Application, registration and re‑registration fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Affiliated fees (frais afférents) are non‑refundable and non‑transferable in the event of cancellation. Preschooled tuition fees are eligible for child‑care deduction and a tax receipt will be issued.
Boarding / residential provision
- The Collège Charlemagne operates as a day school with listed services such as after‑school care and cafeteria service; there is no boarding/internat program or boarding fees listed. Fees for overnight or boarding accommodation are not applicable.
Other mandatory or optional costs
- Affiliated fees (Frais afférents): charged annually by level (amounts above). These cover agenda, photocopies, some extracurricular activities, accident insurance, FEEP membership, supervision (morning/midday/departure), exercise books and, for primary and secondary, school textbooks supplied by the Collège. Affiliated fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable in case of cancellation.
- Technology fee: charged annually (amounts shown above per level). These fees cover network and Internet access, the Pluriportail, specialized software, use of fixed and mobile computer labs, and IT support.
- PEI fee: listed for the primary level (CAD 500 as shown in the schedule).
- Cafeteria / meal service (2025‑26 schedule for complementary services): Regular annual meal service was listed at CAD 1,600 (preschool to 4e année primaire) and CAD 1,725 (5e année primaire to 5e secondaire); occasional meals were CAD 11/day or CAD 12/day depending on level (figures published for the 2025‑26 complementary services schedule).
