Application fees
- There is no fee to be placed on the school waitlist. When a space is offered, a deposit is required to secure the place and must be received within seven days of the offer.
Tuition fees by year group (amounts and schedules provided to families upon offer)
- The school does not publish fixed tuition amounts publicly; detailed tuition rates by program and age group (infant, toddler, Casa/preschool, and elementary grades) are provided directly to families as part of the admission offer and through the family billing portal. Families receive the full fee schedule, options for part-time vs full-time placements, and any applicable program add‑ons when an offer is made.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- A deposit is required within seven days of an offer to secure a place. Parental authorization for recurring payments (auto-debit) and related forms are collected as part of registration. Billing, invoices, and account management are handled through the school's family account/portal. Specific billing schedules (payment frequency, instalment options, due dates) are issued to families in their registration package and via the family portal.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable. Programs are day-based from infancy through Grade 8.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Uniforms: Official uniform items are available through the school's approved uniform store (Wear it Proud) and through approved vendors; ordering windows are scheduled in early August, January, and May. The school may invoice families for replacement clothing provided when a student arrives out of uniform.
- Before/after care, extended-day options, PD-day or break programs, special programs, activity fees, field trips, or meals (if offered) are treated as separate charges and are invoiced or communicated to families when those options are booked. Eligibility for government child-care subsidy and CWELCC reductions for children under age six may affect net early‑years costs for eligible families.
Discounts, scholarships and financial-assistance notes
- Sibling discounts are offered: 10% for the second child and 15% for the third child when more than one child is enrolled concurrently. An Academic Entry Scholarship of CAD 1,000 is awarded annually to one eligible new elementary student and is applied directly to tuition. Families may be eligible for government fee subsidies and other supports; bursary and financial-aid applications are processed through the school's financial-assistance procedures.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Specific refund, withdrawal notice, and deposit-credit terms are provided in the registration/acceptance paperwork and in family account documents. Awards and scholarship amounts are not usable as registration deposits. Families are required to follow the school's registration and withdrawal procedures described in their acceptance materials.
Fee payment options
- Account management and payments are processed through the school's family portal and payment systems (family portal links and the school's tuition-management workflow are used for invoicing and payments). Families complete auto-debit/authorization forms at registration to enable recurring payments. The school uses its family portal for online payments and account communication. For bursary applications, a third‑party financial services vendor is used to review confidential financial information as part of financial-assistance processing.
