The school day starts around 8:15am. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, lessons end at 3:30pm; on Wednesdays and Fridays, 1:15pm. From year 9 onward, some lessons may continue until 5:00pm. After-school care and extracurricular clubs are available.

School meals are freshly prepared and balanced, based on the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE). The school has the 'Schule + Essen = Note 1' quality label for particularly balanced and child-friendly meals. The IN FORM initiative supports healthy eating and regular physical activity as part of school life.

1. Online registration. Complete our online registration form conveniently and without obligation. You will receive a confirmation of receipt shortly afterwards. In the spring before the intended start date, we will contact you with further details about the admissions process.

2. Getting to know each other: trial day and parent meeting. Each child takes part in an age-appropriate admissions process where we get to know them and explore whether our concept is a good fit. When inviting children to a trial day at our reception, we take factors such as siblings, diversity and the date of registration into account. During the trial day, children complete small playful tasks, meet peers and experience our bilingual environment. Parents receive key information through an online presentation and take part in a virtual conversation with a member of our admissions team.

3. Our offer to you. After the trial days, we reflect together from a pedagogical perspective on whether our reception setting matches your child's needs. If we are able to offer you a place and you accept, you will receive the digital contract documents. Once these are signed, we look forward to welcoming you and your child at the start of the school year in Baden-Württemberg. If a place is available, we will be happy to welcome your child in the current Reception year. A one-time administration fee of €200 applies to new admissions and is not charged again when changing between school branches.
