St. Lawrence College - The British School in Greece is an independent, co-educational British international school for pupils aged 2 to 18. The curriculum follows the English National Curriculum, with EYFS, Cambridge Primary, Cambridge IGCSE, and Cambridge A Levels. The school provides education from Early Years through Key Stage 5, preparing pupils for British and international university entrance. Greek language is taught to all pupils by Greek-qualified teachers, with Greek examinations at IGCSE and A-Levels; from Year 4, parents may choose Greek History lessons delivered in Greek. Founded in 1980, the college sits on a 20-acre campus near Athens. The campus includes a heated swimming pool, a full-size all-weather football pitch, an indoor gym, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, an amphitheatre, piano rooms, science laboratories, libraries, and IT suites. Campion School is an international day school in Pallini, 16 km east of Athens, serving students aged 3 to 18. It offers a British-style education with an adapted British curriculum in the Junior and Senior Schools, English and Mathematics aligned to the English National Curriculum, IPC for other subjects, Cambridge IGCSE in Year 10, and the IB Diploma in Years 12–13. Instruction is in English; Greek language, literature and history are available for Greek high-school equivalence, and English as an Additional Language support is provided. Languages include Spanish, French and Arabic. The Pallini campus has separate Junior and Senior Schools in purpose-built facilities opened in 2000. It features a soccer pitch, running track, long jump area, changing rooms, plus tennis and basketball courts. Classrooms have interactive white boards and Wi‑Fi. After-school sport runs 3:45–4:45 pm, with a late bus for the Senior School. Music, drama, debating, Model UN and Greek dancing are offered.
LFHED is a bilingual French–Greek lycée in Agia Paraskevi, Athens, serving ages 3 to 18. It follows the Greek Ministry of Education curriculum with exemptions that reflect its dual orientation, preparing students for Greek higher education through panhellenic exams and for French universities via Parcoursup. The school is the only Greek establishment where French-language instruction is certified by the French state. It operates two worlds in one: a French curriculum from preschool to terminale and a Greek curriculum from Gymnasio to Lykeio, on a campus. A strong Vie Scolaire supports well-being, with a CPE and eleven education assistants, and guidance on studies in France. Byron College is a private British international school in Greece, established in 1986 in Athens. It teaches a UK National Curriculum for ages 4–18 on a single campus, from Early Years through Year 9 following the Key Stage model, Years 10–11 toward IGCSE examinations, and the Sixth Form offering AS/A-Levels. The school enrolls about 560 students from more than 50 national backgrounds, with around 30% Greek; English is the language of instruction and the British curriculum is enriched to reflect the Greek context.
