Application and one-time admission charges

Additional academic charges
- For Classes XI and XII: Practical charges are applied quarterly as follows — INR 300 per practical subject for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Geography, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Entrepreneurship, Yoga, Agriculture, Financial Market Management; Informatics Practices practical charged at INR 500 (per practical subject, charged quarterly).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year is billed quarterly. The first-quarter fee for each session must be deposited by 10 April without late fee.
- Post-dated cheques for the remaining three quarters must be submitted, with cheque dates between 1–10 July, 1–10 October, and 1–10 January respectively.
- Late payment penalty: INR 10 per day after the due date.
- Fees are charged for all 12 months of the year. Fee once deposited is not refundable (except the refundable Caution Money as noted). The school reserves the right to revise fees during the year if necessary.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; Sanskar School operates as a day school (no hostel/boarding fees).
Other costs and recurring charges
- The published fee structure includes the quarterly tuition and the Annual Miscellaneous Fee (INR 3,150 collected in Quarter 1). Additional costs commonly billed separately — for example: transport (bus/conveyance), uniforms, stationery, textbooks, activity/excursion charges, imprest or security where applicable — are charged in addition to tuition but exact amounts for these items are not listed in the published quarterly fee schedule. For specific amounts of optional or ancillary services (transport, uniform packs, book lists, activity fees), billing is handled by the school's accounts/administration.
Refund information
- Tuition and other fees once deposited are not refundable. Caution Money (INR 5,000) is refundable in principle on presentation of the original receipt. Practical fees (where charged) follow the school's stated collection and refund rules. Late fees and bank charges are applied as per the school's terms.
Fee payment options and practical details
- Online payment is available through the school's fee portals (payment via login credentials or admission number). Bank charges apply as per the banking norms if applicable.
- The school requires post-dated cheques for the three subsequent quarters; physical cheques are therefore accepted as a standard payment method.
- Bank charges and gateway charges (if any) are passed on as per norms. For fee-related assistance the school lists a Fees Coordinator and an Accounts Manager on the payment page.
