Extra and other costs
- Fees not included in published tuition: books, uniform, transportation, food (meals), co‑curricular activities, educational visits and any external examination fees. Parents are responsible for applicable taxes in addition to quoted fees.
- Uniforms are sold by the school (costs for uniforms are not itemised in the published fee schedule). Co‑curricular or outsourced extra‑curricular provision may carry additional participation fees charged directly by providers.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is shown on a per‑term basis and as a three‑term annual total for the published academic year; deposits and non‑refundable registration/application fees are payable at enrolment. Parents may choose to pay by full year or by semester where indicated in the school's payment terms. All fees are required to be paid in advance and outstanding fees must be settled prior to a student's last day on withdrawal.
- Timing requirement: fees must be paid at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the school semester/course (payment deadlines apply and overdue fees may result in suspension or denial of entry).
Refunds and withdrawal
- Application and registration fees are non‑refundable. Deposits are refundable only if the school's withdrawal/exit requirements are met (for APSS the handbook requires advance written notice and settlement of outstanding fees; deposits are refunded when those conditions are met). Fees paid will be refunded if withdrawal occurs before a term/course commences; fees paid will not be refunded if withdrawal occurs after the term/course has commenced, except where the school's formal refund rules provide otherwise.
Boarding
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are published in the school's fee schedule; boarding is not listed among the fee items. Transport and meals are treated as separate cost items (not included in tuition).
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, cash, online banking (examples shown historically include CIMB Clicks / Maybank2u / Standard Chartered), cheque or banker's draft and bank transfer options as provided by the school's finance office. Parents may pay for a full year or by semester where available and must observe the payment deadlines. For school finance contact details and formal payment channels use the school's published finance contact.
