Application / confirmation fees
- No reservation fee is charged. Enrollment is confirmed by paying a confirmation fee. For the Butuan campus the confirmation amount is PHP 5,000 (other branches have different confirmation amounts).
- For foreign learners an immigration processing charge for the Special Study Permit (SSP) is applied: PHP 8,000.
Tuition fees (by year group and per term)
- Starland issues a personalized School Fees Assessment that shows the tuition amount for the specific grade level, learning modality (Face-to-Face, ODL, Blended, or Homeschooling) and campus. Tuition therefore varies by grade, branch and modality; tuition amounts are provided in the School Fees Assessment sent to parents and will show per-term and per-year figures for the pupil's exact circumstances.
- A general, publicly posted per-grade/per-term tuition table is not published; the School Fees Assessment is the official breakdown used for billing.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Available payment schedules: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual. The chosen schedule will determine how the total tuition is divided for payment.
- The Cashier issues a School Fees Assessment and sends a payment link by email and via SMS (for Philippine mobile numbers). Payment must be settled according to the due dates shown on that assessment.
Boarding fees
- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed for the school; boarding is not included among the school's learning modalities and no residential/boarding charges are published.
Other costs and typical additional fees
- Uniforms: Uniforms are required for Face-to-Face and Blended learning; an appropriate uniform must be purchased and fitting/purchase assistance is provided during registration. Costs for uniforms are charged separately.
- School service (transport): A school-service fee is charged when a family requests school transport; the rate depends on the distance from home to the campus and is assessed after a motorpool ocular visit.
- Assessment/placement: Entrance assessment for Preschool–Grade 10 is free; assessment is used for learner profiling. Miscellaneous administrative charges (document processing, Form 137 requests, certificate issuance, etc.) may apply as listed in registration procedures.
- Voucher/subsidy handling: The school accepts DepEd vouchers (ESC for Grades 7–10 at Kamias & Butuan; SHS Voucher for Grades 11–12 at all campuses) and offers various discounts and scholarship/assistance programs which can affect net tuition payable.
Refund information
- No public, detailed refund or withdrawal policy is published in the school's public admission and enrollment materials. Refunds or withdrawal terms are handled according to the specific School Fees Assessment and Registrar/Cashier procedures given at registration.
Fee payment options
- Online payment link (payment link is provided with the School Fees Assessment). Payments through branch cashier counters are also accepted. Bank deposit options include Starland EastWest and major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank). Payment frequency options are Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual.
Notes for parents (concise)
- Confirmation of exact tuition amounts, per-term breakdowns, and any one-off charges (uniforms, transport, document processing, immigration SSP for foreigners) are provided in the School Fees Assessment issued after application and assessment; that assessment shows the billing schedule and due dates to be followed.
