Application / Reservation Fee
- No separate reservation fee is required; enrollment is confirmed by paying a branch-specific initial payment. For the Cebu Campus the required confirmation payment is PHP 7,000.
Tuition fees by year group and per term
- Tuition is set by grade level (Preschool, Elementary, Junior High, Senior High), by campus (branch) and by learning modality (Face-to-Face, Online Distance Learning, Blended, Homeschooling). The school issues a customized School Fees Assessment for each enrollee that shows the exact tuition and any applicable charges for the chosen grade and modality. The School Fees Assessment provides the full breakdown of per-term or per-year amounts.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The Cashier issues a School Fees Assessment and an online payment link via email and SMS for Philippine phone numbers. Payments must be settled before the registration deadline shown on the assessment. Available payment frequency options are: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding is not offered as a student accommodation modality; the school operates on day-school modalities (Face-to-Face, ODL, Blended, Homeschooling). Therefore there are no boarding fees for the Cebu Campus.
Other costs and typical additional fees
- Special Study Permit (SSP) processing fee for foreign learners: PHP 8,000 (Bureau of Immigration processing fee).
- School transport (school service) is available at the Cebu Campus; the transport rate depends on the distance from the student's residence and is assessed after completing the School Service Form. Transport charges therefore vary by route and are billed separately.
- Uniforms: Face-to-Face and Blended learners are required to wear the Starland uniform. Online Distance Learning learners may wear a white polo/blouse or the Starland uniform (optional). The school provides assistance to purchase and fit uniforms at registration; specific uniform prices are determined at the branch level.
Refund information
- There is no publicly published, itemized refund schedule for tuition or other fees in the standard fee information. Payments are expected to be settled before the deadline noted on the School Fees Assessment; any questions about refunds or adjustments are handled according to the school's registration and cashiering procedures shown on the assessment.
Fee payment methods and channels
- Online payment link delivered by email and SMS (for Philippine numbers).
- Branch counter (over-the-counter payment at the campus cashier).
- Bank deposit / transfer to the school's accounts (EastWest, BPI, BDO, or UnionBank).
