Application & Enrollment Fees
- Admission (application) fee: CHF 1,500 (one-time, payable upon enrollment).
- Deposit: Boarding students: CHF 5,000; Day students: CHF 2,500. The deposit is refundable, in principle, against the final invoice when the student leaves the school.
- Program fee (contract-signature fee): Boarding: CHF 1,800; Day: CHF 350. This one-time fee is charged at contract signature and is refundable against the final invoice when the final account is settled. The program fee covers items such as learning material, gondola pass, swim pass, pocket money administration and Rega patronage (as noted).

Boarding-specific fees and inclusions
- The published Boarding (tuition + boarding) figures are comprehensive and cover classroom instruction and homework supervision, accommodation and care while school is in session, many weekend and on-campus activities, most co‑curricular activities, snow‑sports instruction, individualized career guidance and university counseling. Certain off‑campus excursions or specialist courses may incur extra charges.
- Optional single room charge (when available and approved): CHF 15,000 (annual).
- Laundry service: CHF 700 (annual, where charged).
Other costs and optional charges
- Health & accident insurance (when provided/charged by the school): CHF 1,380 (price subject to provider; waived if the student is covered by a Swiss health insurance plan).
- Music lessons: CHF 1,950–3,450 (dependent on length and type of lessons).
- Learning support (KIKO program): CHF 8,500 (where applicable).
- Social support (KIKO program): CHF 8,500 (where applicable).
- Special diets (gluten‑free, dairy‑free, other): charged upon request (noted as available).
- Horseback riding and certain specialised outdoor courses (e.g., ski touring, climbing, kayaking) are excluded from the standard fees and may be billed separately. Personal purchases (school store, extra equipment, travel, medical treatment not covered by insurance) are invoiced as incurred.
- Program fee items specifically listed as included: learning material, gondola pass, swim pass, pocket money administration, Rega membership.
Discounts and sibling policy
- Sibling discount: 10% discount applies to the second and each subsequent child from the same family who are enrolled simultaneously; the discount is applied to the school fees of the younger child(ren).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Admissions and contract: A contractual agreement is issued after acceptance. The first payment is required to secure the student's place following contract signature.
- Deposit and program fee: The deposit is held against the final invoice and is refundable in principle when the final account is settled; the one‑time program fee charged at contract signature is likewise refundable against the final invoice once accounts are settled.
- Additional and incidental charges: Any extra personal or specialised charges incurred during the year are invoiced separately and billed to the family. Final reconciliation is reflected on the final invoice when a student leaves.
Refund information
- Deposit refund: The deposit is refundable in principle against the final invoice at the end of the student's stay, subject to settlement of all outstanding charges.
- Program fee refund: The program fee (one‑time at contract signature) is refundable against the final invoice when the final account is settled.
- Short program credit/refund example: The two‑week Immersion/Winter Camp fee (CHF 5,000) is credited 100% against the first year's tuition if the participant enrols in an academic program at the school within six months of the camp.
Fee payment options (invoicing and instructions)
- Invoicing and payment instructions are issued as part of the contracting and billing process; the initial payment is required to secure a place after the contract is signed. Detailed payment instructions and the applicable payment deadlines are provided with the contract and invoices.
Notes on annual/term presentation
- All tuition figures above are presented as the published annual total followed by the three‑term breakdown (Fall / Winter / Summer) for the 2026/2027 academic year where published; the school's published fee documents also show the same structure for 2025/2026.
