St. Gregory's provides bilingual education from an early age. The school uses modern pedagogies including the Flipped Classroom, Project Based Learning, and Learning by Doing, supported by BYOD since 2015 to enable learning beyond the classroom. The school is a Cambridge Assessment Center, offering Cambridge examinations to students. Bilingual education is provided from early years. In the early years of secondary, exchanges are conducted with Colegio New Zealand of Montevideo, Uruguay. Students participate in a tour of the United Kingdom and Europe in the later years of secondary for bilingual immersion and sports and artistic exchanges.
