How fees are billed and payment terms

- The enrollment fee (Matrícula) may be split into three equal installments invoiced in November, December and January if the matriculation process is completed before the specified deadline; after that date the matrícula must be paid in a single instalment.
- The school issues invoices for matrícula and aranceles and provides due dates on those invoices. Examples of matrícula instalment dates and payment-channel deadlines were published in the administrative circular (dates shown for reference in the circular).
- Monthly tuition (aranceles) is invoiced according to the school's billing cycle and families are expected to keep accounts current; specific invoice due dates and direct-debit scheduling are administered through the school's billing process.

Payment methods and billing discounts

- Accepted payment methods include bank direct debit (CBU), debit card and Visa (card) options as published for the matriculation and billing process. A 1% bonus/discount is applied to families who opt to pay aranceles by direct debit (CBU).
- The school's electronic billing and signature platform and PCI/ISO controls are used for payment processing and electronic contracts.

Sibling discounts and financial assistance

- Sibling discounts are applied as follows: 10% for the second child, 40% for the third child and 75% for the fourth child and beyond. Additional scholarship or assistance options are managed by the Foundation and by the school.

Boarding / accommodation fees

- St. Andrew's Scots School operates as day campuses (Kinder/Primary campus and Secondary campuses in Olivos and San Fernando). There is no public listing of boarding or residential programme fees; no boarding fees apply for the day-school operations as published.

Other costs and additional charges

- Uniforms: Uniforms are sold through the School Shop at the Olivos and Campus sites; uniform items are charged separately at point of sale.
- Lunch / comedor: A paid lunch service (servicio de comedor arancelado) is offered for families who opt into the school's meal service; this is charged in addition to tuition.
- Extracurricular activities, optional workshops, school trips and other program-specific charges (for example optional Kindergarten workshops and certain outings) are billed in addition to the standard matrícula and arancel and are individually communicated when applicable.
- Transport: Transport is arranged privately by families with transport companies suggested by the school; the school oversees the service but transport is not billed as a standard, centrally invoiced fee by the school.

Refunds and cancellations

- Refunds, cancellation terms and specific procedural steps are governed by the Contract of Matriculation and by the administrative circulars and enrollment documents issued by the school; families receive the contractual conditions, invoices and any refund or cancellation instructions as part of the matriculation paperwork. Refunds and deadlines are handled according to those contractual terms.

Notes on discounts and administrative provisions

- Early-payment, direct-debit and other billing options and any limited-time payment conditions or bonificaciones (discounts) are set out in the school's matriculation circulars and administrative communications for the given academic cycle. Families who complete the electronic matriculation process within the published windows are eligible for the installment options described above.
