SEIL (Spiritual Emotional Intelligence and Leadership) coordinates emotional intelligence spaces, convivencia activities, the House system in the secondary school, and leadership bodies such as junior voice, student voice and prefects. It aims to create a culture of wellbeing across the school by empowering student leadership. The program provides spaces and time for community-building, reflection, and personal growth in a safe environment.
The school delivers a bilingual education in English and Spanish. Kindergarten features an English immersion program, and most activities are conducted in English. In secondary, learning is developed in both Spanish and English, with a third language (Mandarin, French or Portuguese) taught.
SEIL fosters mental wellbeing through the wellbeing culture and leadership opportunities; spaces for reflection, community-building, and personal development are central to the program.
Acuerdo Institucional de Convivencia (Institutional Coexistence Agreement) governs conduct and safety; Primary and Secondary documents outline convivencia policies and related safeguarding provisions.
St. Andrew's Scots School in Argentina provides a bilingual, K–12 international education on one campus that unites Olivos and Punta Chica. The school delivers the Cambridge IGCSE framework in Year 10 and concludes with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in the final year, supporting entry to universities worldwide. The Primary program uses bilingual, interdisciplinary projects to develop competencies in Spanish and English, with a third language taught as well. The Learning Journey emphasizes five guiding principles, including a bilingual pathway, cross‑disciplinary experiences, and strong academic development. The Life Design Journey supports students in defining life projects, with meetings with professionals and guidance on local and international universities and study experiences abroad. The campus features a site with Kinder and Primary buildings opened in 2019 and a dedicated Sports Field and Sports Pavilion, plus a Community Hub with a Natatorium and Gymnasium/Auditorium. A Scottish Legacy program complements the heritage and arts offering.
