St. Paul's College uses a regulation uniform that is strictly enforced. Summer uniform is worn October 1 to April 30 and winter uniform from May 1 to September 30; standard items include a white polo with crest, an English-green V-neck sweater, a white shirt and the school tie, grey trousers or kilts for girls, grey socks, and dark brown shoes. A Kilt skirt for girls, a blazer, a House T-shirt for inter-house events, and a PE kit with jogging attire, a black sports shirt, black shorts with crest, black socks with green and yellow stripes and crest, and black athletic shoes are also used.
The school offers a monthly canteen service. A monthly menu is shared with families; if a student requires a special diet, a medical certificate is required; the canteen is billed monthly. If the canteen is not used, students may bring lunch (vianda) and must bring it in labeled with the student's name and year to be eaten in the cafeteria.
The school has three Houses: Johnson, Darwin, and Fleming. House captains are elected by peers and lead their Houses in inter-house sports and academic competitions inside and outside the school.

St. Paul's College Hurlingham is a bilingual K–12 school in Buenos Aires, Argentina, welcoming students from ages 2 to 18. The curriculum combines instruction in Spanish and English, with French offered in senior years, and delivers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels, Cambridge A Levels, and a National Bachiller program aligned to its bilingual framework. In Kindergarten, children experience a whole-language approach and early exposure to both languages, with flexible morning or afternoon sessions. Primary operates a two-shift day, with Spanish in the mornings and English in the afternoons; computing is integrated across subjects, and specialist subjects include Music, Art, and Physical Education.
