The St. Jude's Academy Residence offers a dorm for international students and alternative homestay options. Students are transported to and from the campus, and meals are provided. The residence experience supports international students' integration into the St. Jude's community.
JK to Grade 3 uniform includes grey pants/shorts with navy socks, navy crested sweater or vest, white crested golf shirt, black belt or no belt, and black indoor dress shoes. Grades 4 to 12 wear grey pants or skirts with navy socks, navy blazer, academic or house tie, navy crested sweater or vest, white dress shirt, and black dress shoes; gym uniform is grey shirt, navy pants/shorts, grey sweater, white socks, and non-outdoor running shoes. Uniforms are supplied by Multiform Canada, with online ordering or in-store fittings.
St. Jude's Academy runs a hot lunch program with on-site cafeterias; students may order lunch online or bring nut-free lunches. Lower School cafeterias seat 500+ and Upper School cafeterias 300+, with vending machines available; menus are updated monthly.
The House System spans Lower and Upper School; students from JK to 12 belong to Houses named by Greek letters (e.g., Kappa Iota Pi, Zeta Beta Pi, Theta Sigma Psi). Houses promote community through activities and competitions, including a year-opening Neophyte Week, camping outings, Spirit Day, and a House Cup.
The school is led by founder Aaron Sawatsky and Head of School Melissa Chin, with a leadership team overseeing operations. St. Jude's Academy is part of a Family of Schools, including sister campuses Oakwood Academy and The Maples Academy.
St. Jude's Academy is a private, non-denominational IB World continuum school in Mississauga, Ontario, offering the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) JK–6, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) 7–10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) 11–12, culminating in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). The school operates across two Mississauga campuses: JK–8 at 2150 Torquay Mews and 9–12 at 6745 Century Avenue, with easy transit access via major routes. Facilities include a year-round indoor sports dome, a residence for international students, a cafeteria, and classrooms.
