St. Jude's Academy teaches the International Baccalaureate Programme for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. The Primary Years Programme runs JK–Grade 6; the Middle Years Programme serves Grades 7–10; and the Diploma Programme serves Grades 11–12.
Arts are led by specialists in Music, Visual Arts and Drama, and start from age 3, integrating artistic learning with the IB framework. The Arts program weaves creative topics into the broader curriculum, including online and in-person showcases such as the Imaginarium Arts Showcase.
French is taught as a specialist language within the IB framework. In the Diploma Programme, Mandarin is available for international students under Language Acquisition, with English remaining a core language—English credits are part of the DP requirements.
Student life includes a House system with activities and challenges, and trips to Ottawa, Quebec City, the United States and Buenos Aires. Extracurricular programs run after school year‑round and cover athletics, arts and clubs, with programs offered to specific ages. Upper School extracurriculars include DECA, Mock Trial and Model UN.
Community involvement is encouraged, with students assisting communities in need and taking on leadership opportunities. The Leadership Team provides governance and guidance for student initiatives. Citizenship and service are integral to the school culture and IB experience.
Steve Neal serves as the Student Life Director. The Upper School offers Student Council, and extracurriculars include DECA, Mock Trial and Model UN. The Diploma Programme emphasizes Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).
Athletics include Frisbee and Curling, with Prep Basketball available through the school's basketball program. St. Jude's Academy is a private, non-denominational IB World continuum school in Mississauga, Ontario, offering the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) JK–6, the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) 7–10, and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) 11–12, culminating in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
