Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

Cours Molière was founded in 1926 in Paris's 12th arrondissement by Madame Suzanne Ange8le Albertine Decrouez, a former Parisian primary school teacher. She opened a small private primary school on Avenue Daumesnil, and in 1935 the school moved to larger premises on Avenue du Ge9ne9ral Michel Bizot. From the early years, Cours Moli8re welcomed pupils from Paris and the neighbouring town of Saint-Mande9, establishing a reputation for academic seriousness and openness to languages. Today the school operates two campuses—Soult in Paris 12 and Montmorency in Paris 3—with the senior school in the Marais, and it welcomes both French and international students from more than 35 nationalities, offering a complete Franco-American curriculum with bilingual instruction and personalized language support. The school has welcomed more than 17,000 students over its history.
