Wellbeing and Support

How students are nurtured, understood, and kept safe

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Cours Molière fosters social and emotional development in a caring environment. Kindness, trust, and mutual support guide daily interactions. Personalized support helps each student grow at their own pace and reach their potential. The school cultivates an international community with over 35 nationalities represented, supporting empathy and global citizenship. Through dynamic bilingual instruction and individualized guidance, students develop curiosity, confidence, and resilience.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Cours Molière welcomes English-speaking students and integrates them into the French national programme through dedicated language support. From preschool, 50% of teaching staff are native English speakers or bilinguals, and English is used throughout the day in all activities. From CP to CM2, instruction is bilingual (65% French – 35% English). Cambridge English programs begin in primary and lead to an iGCSE at the end of middle school. In high school, students can pursue a second diploma, the American High School Diploma, completed in English. Specialized care for non-francophone children is offered; English classes are based on proficiency levels, with French classes taught by a specialist.

Mental Wellbeing

The school emphasizes kindness, trust, and mutual support in all interactions. It supports personal growth with individualized guidance and innovative teaching. The environment is international and inclusive, helping students feel valued as they develop curiosity and confidence. The goal is to foster well-being by combining academic challenge with a supportive, caring community.
