Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

The enrollment dossier must be completed and submitted to the Head of School along with the requested documents. After review of the dossier and an interview with the family and child, admission will be offered and the child may join the school depending on available space. For changes to address, family situation, or phone number, parents must inform us immediately and provide supporting documents. Year‑round enrollments are possible depending on space. Applications for the following school year for the youngest sections are accepted from November of the preceding year; for other levels, admissions open from January 15. In the Toute Petite Section, children can join from age two on their birthday, subject to space; due to small class sizes, early registration is advised. Primary classes: after reviewing the dossier, level assessments may be decided. Online pre-registration is available. Documents to provide for any enrollment request include: the completed enrollment form dated and signed by both parents; 2 passport photos; the family record book; the health record (vaccinations); the certificate of withdrawal and school records (for primary); bank details; proof of custody or custody arrangement; civil liability and personal injury insurance; the medical certificate of fitness to participate in sport (for primary); the full enrollment fee. The school can also provide: a FLE class (French as a Foreign Language) and an ESL class (English as a Second Language).

École Internationale Bilingue Nice Le Pain d'Épice is a private bilingual school in France for children aged 2 to 11. It offers a bilingual, multidisciplinary curriculum blending the French and British national programmes in a 50/50 English–French model, with immersion beginning at age 2. Cambridge English diplomas validate language progression. The school day runs 7:30 to 18:30, with Mini-Club and Baby-Club, and after‑school care is included; a bus service supports trips. The program combines physical development—baby gym, swimming, tennis—with the arts, including percussion and piano from age four, and Italian integrated into music and computing. Algora robotics and ICT underpin a modern, active pedagogy. Optional activities include Chinese, chess, and yoga. The school is part of the International Bilingual Schools network, which has offered bilingual education since 1989 and serves around 950 students across campuses, taught by qualified French- and English-speaking teachers, with Cambridge language validation.
