Introduction

Located at 11 bis, rue Torricelli in Paris, the Torricelli campus of EIB Paris College Monceau serves students aged 10 to 15 as a private bilingual middle school operating under contract with the French State. Billing schedule and payment terms

- Invoicing:
- An annual invoice is issued for mandatory tuition fees (payable according to the chosen payment schedule). Optional fees (restauration / lunch) are invoiced by trimester. Additional services and extracurricular items are invoiced when provided.
- Payment timing and options (choices made each year):
- Payment by bank transfer or card (American Express not accepted): either a single transfer (1st week of October 2026) or three transfers (1st week of October 2026, January 2027, March 2027).
- Payment by SEPA direct debit: options of 1 debit (1st week of October), 3 quarterly debits (Oct/Jan/Mar), or 9 monthly debits (first week of each month from October 2026 to June 2027). A charge of EUR 75 is added for the 9‑month option. SEPA must preferably be from a French bank account but can be set from many other European accounts listed in the school conditions.
- The school does not accept cash payments.
- Late payment and penalties:
- Interest on late payments is charged at the legal rate plus two percentage points. A penalty of 10% of the unpaid invoice is applied automatically in case of late payment. Fixed collection fees apply for escalated reminders and enforcement actions (example charges cited: third reminder EUR 25; commandement d'huissier EUR 450; fees for unpaid direct debit EUR 100). Repeated payment failures can lead to suspension of direct debits and immediate exigibility of the balance, and the school may refuse class attendance or terminate the contract for non‑payment.
- Prorating and mid‑year joiners / leavers:
- For students joining during the school year, annual tuition is invoiced pro rata by month; the month of arrival is billed in full. For students leaving during the year, any started trimester remains due in full; optional fees are billed pro rata.

Refunds and cancellation

- Application (dossier) and registration fees are non‑refundable. The first‑trimester payment taken as an advance deposit is generally non‑refundable, but reimbursement of the deposit is possible if the school receives a registered cancellation notice within 15 calendar days following the student's admission.
- Re‑enrolment deposit (EUR 700) may be refunded in specific cases (for example: orientation decided by the establishment toward an education not delivered at EIB, transfer to a public collège/lycée with proof of admission, refusal of repetition as decided by the school, or a parent's professional relocation outside Île‑de‑France before specified cut‑off dates). Conditions and deadlines for these refunds are set out in the school's re‑enrolment clauses.
- Canteen / Lunch Box fees are billed until the end of the school year and are not refundable for absences, including for medical reasons.
