- A non‑refundable administrative/registration fee of EUR 400 is payable at the signing of the enrolment contract.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and per term)

- Nursery / Kindergartens (ages 2–5): Annual tuition EUR 8,940. Per term (school year divided into three terms) EUR 2,980 (EUR 8,940 ÷ 3).

- Primary (Grades 1–5, ages ~6–10): Annual tuition EUR 9,960. Per term (school year divided into three terms) EUR 3,320 (EUR 9,960 ÷ 3).

- First‑year total example: when the registration fee is charged in the first year, add the one‑time EUR 400 administrative fee to the annual tuition (for example, Nursery first‑year total EUR 9,340 = EUR 8,940 + EUR 400).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school year for core tuition is divided into three terms: 1st term from the start of the school year until 30 November; 2nd term from 1 December until 19 March; 3rd term from 20 March until the end of the academic year. Parents are invoiced for each term.

- Payment deadlines: each term's fees are due no later than 60 days before the start of that term. The first term is payable in May preceding the start of the academic year. Failure to pay on time may lead the school to refuse to admit the child for the unpaid term.

- Extracurricular activities and workshops follow a separate enrolment and billing schedule (two semesters): 1st semester due at registration; 2nd semester invoiced and due in November. Specific workshop fees and semestral due dates apply.

- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a nursery and primary day school.

Other costs and optional fees

- Workshops / extra‑curricular activities (examples per semester): morning workshop (English or Russian) EUR 780 per semester; afternoon workshop EUR 780 per semester; full‑day workshop with packed lunch EUR 1,780 per semester.

- Meals and supervision: school lunch (cantine) EUR 138 per semester; lunch supervision and nap/recess supervision option EUR 320 per semester; aftercare/garderie 16:30–17:30 EUR 275 per semester; aftercare 16:30–18:20 EUR 345 per semester.

- School supplies: mandatory supplies fee EUR 50 (per pupil, where specified).

- Any deposit or advance: the enrolment/registration is finalised by payment of the administrative fee and by an advance equal to the tuition for the first term or semester as applicable; that advance is not refundable.

Refund and cancellation policy

- Parents may terminate the contract by registered letter at least 60 days before the start of the term for which they seek reimbursement; otherwise tuition for the following term remains due. Fees for any term already started remain due and are not refundable.

- Except where a timely written notice as above is given, school fees are not refundable for reasons of sickness, absence, family holidays or other reasons. Fees for holiday activities and camps paid in advance are due in full, except when the school fails to provide the activity (in which case those fees are refunded). Short‑notice cancellations of workshop enrolment must be signalled within 48 working hours where specified; otherwise the semester fee remains due.

The curriculum blends the French National Education guidelines with the British National Curriculum, delivering instruction in French and English. In Early Years (ages 2–4), activities are taught in English, with bilingual balance beginning in Grande Section.
