Montessori 21 Bilingual Schools is a network of ten Montessori campuses across France, plus a college with an adapted timetable. In each class two educators (one Francophone, one Anglophone) guide children, embedding English and French in learning. Classes are mixed-age, about 25–26 pupils, with AMI-trained staff, ensuring a bilingual immersion. From ages 2–6 the emphasis is on oral language; from age 6 written language arises; by age 9, English is used to teach subjects such as history and science.
