How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Applications for admission are accepted throughout the school year. AIS Jakarta follows the Australian Curriculum and the school year runs from January to December. At admission, students are evaluated for year-level placement with the aim of progressing to the International Baccalaureate Diploma and/or the AIS High School Diploma. The admissions team is available to assist applicants to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

1. The AIS Indonesia Scholarship Programme was launched in 2015 to provide opportunities for deserving Indonesian students each year. Four academic scholarships are available to academically talented Indonesian students who would benefit from and contribute to AIS's international campus in Pejaten, South Jakarta. The scholarship covers 100% of tuition, 100% of the IB Diploma exam fees, and 100% of the capital development fees for the duration of the program; the family covers other costs such as uniforms, camps, and extra-curricular activities. 2. Eligibility requires Indonesian citizenship residing in Indonesia, fluent English, an outstanding academic record, and alignment with the IB Learner Profile; applicants must not currently be enrolled at an AIS-Indonesia campus and must be in Year 10. 3. The application requires a completed Scholarship Application Form, school reports for the past two years, a 500-word essay, two passport photos, copies of the passport and birth certificate, SKHUN, and the Junior High School Certificate. 4.
