Students wear the Sekolah Bogor Raya uniform, available in regular or sport variants; the uniform should closely match the design provided by the school. On special occasions, free dress is permitted with rules; skirts must reach the knee, socks must be visible, and shoes must be worn (no sandals). The Principal and the School Director determine inappropriate dress.
The school does not provide food, except for snack for K1-K2 and lunch for K3 and Prep; parents must supply snacks and lunches for other grades. If ordering from the school canteen, parents must place orders directly with the provider before 10:30 to ensure delivery; the school administration does not handle food orders.
Beginning in the first semester, all Primary School students and above are divided into three house teams—The Athenians, The Corinthians, and The Spartans—each with an identifying colour; students remain in their house for their time at the school; inter-house competitions are held, and new transfers are assigned to balance the houses.
