The school runs a Student Exchange Programme with Ritsumeikan Keisho High School in Hokkaido. An in-person exchange took place October 7–16, 2024, after intercultural sessions conducted via Zoom. The Management Board signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a sister school relationship and exchange ideas. The programme fosters intercultural understanding and international mindedness.

Sekolah Pilar Indonesia is an IB World School delivering the Primary Years Programme alongside the Indonesian national curriculum.
