SIS Surabaya is located in the heart of Surabaya. It is an international school offering Preschool, Primary, Secondary, and Junior College programs. In Preschool, the Nurturing Early Learners Framework builds the foundation for education by helping children acquire knowledge, skills and dispositions through six learning areas plus Information Technology and the Mandarin language. The six learning areas are Language and Literacy; Numeracy; Discovery of the World; Motor Skills Development; Social and Emotional Development; and Aesthetic and Creative Expression, with Mandarin taught as an additional language. Mandarin language is taught to Preschool students. Secondary programmes include Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint and Cambridge IGCSE, and the Junior College offers the Cambridge A Level programme. A broad range of subjects is available, including English/ESOL, English Literature, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Chinese, Indonesian Language, Information Technology, Art and Design, Global Perspectives, Economics, and Physical Education, with a Community Service Programme embedded in the curriculum.
Co-Curricular Activities are offered and unique to each SIS campus. They meet the SIS Desired Students Learning Outcomes and are organized and monitored by trained professionals and staff. Leadership in the boardroom often begins with leadership on the pitch, and SIS co-curricular activities support values of teamwork, personal development and leadership.
Located in Surabaya, SIS Surabaya is an international school for students aged 2 to 18. It is operated by Yayasan Pendidikan Satya Vidya Indonesia and offers Preschool, Primary, Secondary and Junior College programs. The Primary Curriculum follows Singaporean framework, while the Secondary program combines Singaporean and Cambridge International syllabuses, preparing students for Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint, IGCSE and Cambridge A Levels. The Junior College delivers Cambridge International A Levels. The school teaches in English and Indonesian, with Mandarin offered as an additional language.
