Academic and Intellectual

Four-year course split into two two-year programs: the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). At the end of each two-year period, students sit external examinations in each subject. The Pio X Planetarium offers programs exploring astronomy and the universe. All subjects, except Italian, religion and foreign language, are taught in English by IB-certified teachers; Creativity, Activity and Service, Theory of Knowledge, and the Extended Essay are core components of the IB Diploma.

Community and Service

Creativity, Activity and Service is a core component of the IB Diploma. The Diploma includes the Theory of Knowledge and the Extended Essay as essential elements. CAS engages students in creative, physical, and community service activities, promoting social responsibility and personal development. These components help develop lifelong learners who contribute to their communities.

Collegio Vescovile Pio X International is a program within Collegio Pio X, a Catholic college in Italy, for students aged 14 to 18. The four‑year path integrates the Cambridge IGCSE in the first two years and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) in the final two years, with examinations at end of each biennium. Most subjects, except Italian, religion and foreign language, are taught in English by IB‑certified teachers; the curriculum includes Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and the Extended Essay (EE) as core IB components. The campus features a six‑metre Planetarium, an observatory and solar observatory, plus a library and a daily canteen approved by ULSS 2. The program aims to develop a learner profile: Caring, Communicators, Knowledgeable, Inquirers, Open‑minded, Reflective, Thinkers, Balanced, Risk‑takers, Principled. At graduation, students earn the IB Diploma with official Italian Ministry recognition, enabling university access worldwide and in Italy.
