The school offers the IB Diploma Programme and Cambridge International Education, providing international-quality education. Small class sizes and a personalised vocational guidance programme support students as they prepare for Cambridge IGCSEs and the IB Diploma. The high school offers the most extensive IB subject offering for college (high school) in Mexico. Notable student achievement includes a gold medal at the Mexican Mathematics Olympiad.
Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) covers Creativity with Arts such as music, dance, theatre and visual arts; Design including graphic, fashion and web design; and Writing. Activity includes Sports such as soccer, basketball and swimming; Adventure such as hiking, climbing and cycling; and Well-being such as yoga, meditation and fitness. Service includes Volunteering, environmental projects and social advocacy. CAS aims to develop self-awareness and self-confidence, learn to work in teams, cultivate empathy and social responsibility, acquire leadership and communication skills, and reflect on experiences.
Festivals and Family Activities feature events such as Family Day, Winter Festival, Reading Week, Festival of Traditions, Theater Performances, Costume Parade, Arts Festival and Positive Discipline Talks. The Churchill community participates in these multicultural and family-oriented activities. The school provides a bilingual education with most classes in English, enabling students to communicate confidently in both languages.
Convivencia Sana was formed in 2011–2012 to promote a constructive community rooted in healthy coexistence, peace and tolerance. The Sandwich Project takes place on the last Thursday of every month, with families preparing and delivering packed lunches to relatives of patients in public hospitals, including a card handmade by students. Fraternity Without Borders is supported through Churchill activities, aiding students with intellectual disabilities and including provision of school supplies, distribution of toys and fostering companionship.
The CAS programme includes objectives to develop self-awareness and self-confidence, to learn to work in teams and collaborate, to cultivate empathy and social responsibility, and to acquire leadership and communication skills, with opportunities for reflective learning. These objectives position students to take on leadership roles and develop professional skills through project work and community service. CAS explicitly highlights leadership and communication development as part of its learning outcomes.
Well-being components include Yoga, meditation and fitness activities as part of CAS. The Activity component covers sports such as soccer, basketball and swimming, as well as adventure activities like hiking, climbing and cycling. Churchill also offers wellness-focused events such as Positive Discipline Talks and ongoing community initiatives to support mental and emotional health.
Churchill School & College operates a two-campus model in Mexico City. Churchill School (Preschool–Secondary) is at Felipe Villanueva 36, Guadalupe Inn, and Churchill College (Bachillerato) is at Moctezuma 125, San Pablo Tepetlapa. The school combines the International Baccalaureate programmes (PYP, MYP, DP) with Cambridge International Education (IGCSE) to meet international standards. The Preschool uses a constructivist approach with Universal Design for Learning and begins IB in a bilingual, supportive setting. In Primary, English supports learning while developing emotional management and teamwork as students engage with IB and Cambridge curricula. In Secondary, English is the language of instruction for maths and science, with Cambridge feedback and ongoing IB integration. In High School, students undertake the IB Diploma and Cambridge IGCSEs, with small class sizes and a personalised vocational guidance programme. The school offers a 100% bilingual education, with 50–80% of classes in English. The Anglo Foundation established Churchill to foster bicultural exchange and academic programs for over 25 years.
