Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Choose a date for an initial interview (a 15‑minute video call via Google Meet). The interview explains our educational model. If desired, you can schedule the admissions exam during this call or arrange a campus tour for a detailed explanation and to discuss your family's needs.
2. After scheduling the exam, the date and requirements to present it are confirmed. You receive a clear outline of what is needed for the exam. The confirmation provides the date and the required documentation.
3. It is time to take the admissions exam. The exam is scheduled on the confirmed date. The admissions team coordinates the logistics to ensure the test takes place as planned.
4. You will receive the results of the admissions evaluation from the director of the corresponding level. The results indicate whether the applicant meets the school's admission criteria. The results are communicated as part of the admissions decision.
5. Fill out and sign the following documents (in person): Administrative Regulations, the student's medical history, and the "Integral Protection for the Student" program. The documents are completed on site. The forms ensure that administrative, medical, and safety information is on file.
6. We will email all information to make the enrollment payment. The email includes payment instructions and links. Families should follow the instructions to complete the payment.
7. After payment is credited, your child will be officially enrolled at Colegio Williams de Cuernavaca. Enrollment is finalized and a confirmation is sent to the family. The enrollment is recorded in the school's system.
