Other recurring and ancillary fees
- School-transport (stated amounts): MXN 3,298 (one trip) and MXN 3,613 (two trips) as published in the tuition/fees brochure. These transport figures are listed alongside the colegiaturas.
- Language / course-specific fees and certification-related charges: listed items in material/entry lists include a French fee, an English fee, and a community fee for certifications for new entrants in Preparatoria; exact monetary amounts for these curriculum-specific charges are published in level-by-level materials lists but not itemised as single prices in the campus materials PDF.
- School materials and book lists: level-specific lists show required items such as books, platform subscriptions, a graphic calculator for some grades, and optional items (for example an optional ecological bag). These are additional, one-time or per-year material costs.
- Field trips / program trips: the general tuition brochure shows separate line items for one or two trips in relation to levels; individual trip charges are listed as separate entries in the brochure.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing calendar: Tuition is billed on a 10-month schedule for the published academic cycle (month-by-month entries are shown for September through June).
- Due date and late payment: Monthly tuition and monthly transport fees must be paid within the first ten calendar days of each month. Payments received from the 11th day onward incur moratory charges; the brochure states a moratory charge of 6.96% per month (VAT included) on late payments.
- Returned-check and related charges: Any returned cheque will incur a charge of 20%.
- Non-payment consequences: The published payment terms state that failure to pay three months of tuition relieves the school of the obligation to continue providing the educational service (i.e., the school may suspend or terminate enrolment for non-payment).

Payment methods and instructions
- Accepted payment methods listed in the tuition brochure: bank transfers via SPEI, STP, payment by cheque in Mexican pesos (made out to the legal name shown in the brochure), and credit or debit card payments. The brochure explicitly states that cash is not accepted. Specific payee/legal name for cheque listed in the brochure is Arturo C. Williams Rivas, S.C.

Boarding / residence (internado)
- Boarding is not listed as a service or fee for the Cuernavaca campus; available campus pages present the school as a day-school with levels and schedules rather than an internado. No boarding fee schedule was published for the Cuernavaca campus in the available materials.

Uniforms, extras and one-off charges
- Uniforms: specific uniform prices are not itemised in the publicly available materials lists and tuition brochure; uniforms are referenced as part of general requirements for students but no campus price list for uniforms was published in the documents reviewed. Level-specific materials and book lists identify required items but do not attach uniform price totals in the campus PDFs.
- Certification and examination fees: the materials list for Preparatoria new entrants shows a community fee for certifications; the general Williams brochure also shows an exam/administrative fee entry (see Admission / exam fee above). Exact certification-item prices may appear on level-specific lists.

Refunds and cancellation
- No comprehensive, itemised refund policy for tuition or registration fees was published in the tuition brochure or the campus-level materials that were available. The brochure does specify returned-check penalties and non-payment consequences; it does not include an explicit, itemised refund schedule for tuition/registration in the publicly available fee documents. For questions about refunds of registration, deposits, or pre-paid services, the school's payment terms and the enrolment contract would be the controlling documents.

Brief note on the fee schedule year and document scope
- The numbers above are drawn from the published tuition/fees brochure and campus admission materials for the 2025–2026 academic cycle (the campus homepage and brochure links indicate where the campus posts its fee download and admission-process pages). For the 2026–2027 cycle, the broader Colegio Williams network pages advertise colegiaturas 2026–2027 and offer campus-specific fee details on request, but a campus-specific 2026–2027 fee schedule for Colegio Williams de Cuernavaca was not published in the publicly available materials reviewed here.

Summary of items not itemised in available fee documents
- The publicly posted documents reviewed did not contain per-item prices for school uniforms, detailed per-course or per-certification price lines for every level, nor a standalone, itemised refund/returns policy. Level-by-level materials lists reference language fees, certification/community fees, and required materials but do not attach firm public prices for every one-off item in the same documents that list tuition and registration.
