The school offers International Baccalaureate programs at all levels, from Preschool to Preparatory school, and is the only Cuernavaca school to offer all three IB programs. English and French are taught as part of the curriculum; English is taught from Preschool through Preparatory, and French from fourth grade through Preparatory. The school is a Cambridge English Preparation Centre, certifying students for PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE.
Arts and Creativity are integrated into the Extended Day program, with Arts and Creativity listed alongside other activities. At the Preschool level, activities include Arts and Creativity, as well as Dance Fit, English Fun, and related arts offerings; Primary and other levels also feature Arts and Creativity and dance-focused activities as part of the extended schedule. English is taught from Preschool through Preparatory. French is taught from fourth grade through Preparatory. The school certifies more than 40 DELF certificates for students at various stages. Intercambios Internacionales and Model UN experiences provide multicultural and international exposure, with exchanges and trips to destinations such as New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, Dallas, Russia, London, Canada, Bolivia, Istanbul, and France. Extended Day offers a range of sports and creative activities; Preschool includes soccer, Dance Fit, Tae Kwon Do, English Fun, Arts and Creativity, Stay/after‑care, Olympics, and Swimming. Primary features Volleyball, First Aid for kids, Arts and Creativity, Dance, Basketball, Tae Kwon Do, Homework help, Olympiads, Soccer, and Swimming. Secondary includes Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Athletics, Dance, Swimming, and Olympiads Williams, with additional showcases in activities like boxing and Go‑Kart related offerings in Preparatory. Special Days occur monthly for Preschool with storytelling, superhero/princess dress‑up, and Spring Break, plus an Extended Day closing to celebrate the program with families.

Extended Day provides structured after‑school hours by level: Preschool from 13:30 to 16:30, Primary and Secondary from 14:30 to 18:00, and Preparatory from 15:30 to 18:00. Colegio Williams de Cuernavaca delivers the International Baccalaureate across all levels—PYP, MYP and DP—from Preschool through Preparatory.
